By accessing or using the HotRods.app platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
HotRods.app provides a platform for automotive enthusiasts to create and share photo galleries of their vehicle projects. The Service includes an iOS application, image hosting, gallery creation, and public-facing project pages.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant HotRods.app a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content as part of operating the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit.
HotRods.app is a platform exclusively for sharing automotive content. All publicly shared content must be directly related to vehicles, vehicle parts, tools, builds, or the automotive hobby. Specifically:
Permitted content: Photos and information about vehicles, engines, parts, builds in progress, completed builds, automotive events, tools, and related automotive subjects.
Strictly prohibited content: Sexually explicit or suggestive imagery; nudity; violent, graphic, or disturbing content; political statements, symbols, or campaigning; hate speech, discriminatory imagery, or symbols of hate; content promoting illegal activity; content unrelated to the automotive hobby; spam or commercial advertising unrelated to automotive products.
This policy applies to all content made publicly visible through the Service, including project photos, descriptions, and profile information. Violations will result in immediate removal of the offending content and may result in permanent suspension of your account without notice or refund.
We reserve the right to review any publicly shared content at any time. If content is found to violate our Acceptable Content Policy, we will: (1) immediately remove or disable public access to the violating content; (2) notify the account holder of the violation; and (3) suspend or permanently terminate the account at our sole discretion. Repeated or severe violations will result in permanent account termination. We are under no obligation to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains malicious software. You agree not to misrepresent the nature of your content or attempt to circumvent our content policies. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or our Acceptable Content Policy. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your uploaded content will be removed from the Service. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HotRods.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
